Since 1999 I have been a member of a local amateur theatre group. The directors have given me freedom to do artwork on a massive scale! I even step into the world of graphic design designing posters and programmes using Canva and Procreate. Have been nominated for an award and once won a runner up prize! Very pleased to have positive comments in the NODA reviews for the shows. Too often set goes unnoticed and these are really mini works of art

Poster for Sleeping Beauty

All my posters try to capture a moment when magic happens. Here the price’s sword is cutting through the wicked thicket to reveal the castle. Note the evil Spindleshanks, spinning wheel and rat in the tree.

The challenge was to create a shipwreck with two 8’ moveable flats. Very pleased to be mentioned in the NODA review for this show. Homage to the cartoon orignal by turning their fishy characters into skeletons!
